Crispin Dyas 34 yrs Date recieved 3rd may 1832.
Ship-Cumberland place moored Chatham date convicted 15th march 1832.
Place convicted Shrewsbury. Sentence to serve 7yrs.
Also Elizabeth Dyas born 1812.Trial lent 1832 found not guilty aquttial.
Henry Dyas pulled up roots and came to Yorkshire around 1913 in search of work within the coal mines,most likely to join his uncle William Dyas to whoms residence in 1870 was in Purston jag featherstone so it was in the village of Featherstone to which became the familys residence and as remained the residence of most of the Dyas familys children and their children. Edward Dyas uprooted from Featherstone in 1937 to live in Rothwell the Leeds area where some of his childrens children still remain.
